Ingredients for 5 gallon batch:
100% Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner Malt
Wakatu (First Wort) 20 BU's
Motueka (5 min) 10 BU's
Wakatu and Motueka (dry hop) LOTS!!!!

Step by step:
Single infusion at 156f
90 minute boil
Ferment at 50F with Saflager 34/70
Carbonation to 2.75 volumes
